Submissions must not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors has published elsewhere or has submitted in parallel to any other conference or workshop with formally published proceedings. Accepted submissions may not appear in any other conference or workshop with proceedings. Note: Submission of a paper implies that should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and present the paper at the conference.

The CD-MAKE conference system (EasyChair) will soon be available here: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cdmake2017– select CD-MAKE
